Product Sales

A flexible sales agency, by design.

We take on product opportunities across categories. We evaluate every brief on its merits and we bring sales and distribution capability when a brand needs a capable partner.

Why flexible

We do not pretend to be one-category specialists.

Most product agencies pick one category and stay there. That is a sensible model. It is not ours.

This business line is opportunistic by design. We evaluate each opportunity on its merits, the buyer relationships required, and the economics. If the firm can deliver, we take it. If we cannot, we refer it out.

The benefit to the brand is real. We are not locked into a category, which means we can move quickly when the right account opens up. We have no incentive to keep selling a product that is not converting.

What we do

Account opening, placement, and negotiation.

We open accounts at retail chains, specialty stores, B2B distributors, and online channels. We negotiate slotting, trade spend, and assortment on terms the brand can defend. We protect margin.

We are honest about what we do not do. We are not a marketing agency. We do not run ads or build brand strategy. We sell into accounts that already have buyers and bring shelf or pipeline placement when a brand needs it.

What we look for

Three things that signal a fit.

A defensible product with real proof of sell-through. Brands that move on their own merits sell into accounts. Brands that depend on promotion to move do not.

Economics that work for both sides. We work on a structured commission or a hybrid retainer plus success. We will not take an engagement that requires us to discount past what the firm needs to staff the work.

A real decision-maker on the brand side. We work directly with founders, principals, or commercial leads who can approve term changes inside a day. Slow approvals kill deals.

Engagement

How a deal moves.

01

Brief review

We review the product, the pricing, the proof of sell-through, and the accounts you want opened.

02

Account targeting

We name the accounts the firm will go after first and the buyer relationships we will use.

03

Sell-in

We pitch, negotiate, and bring back signed orders. Trade terms are reviewed with you before commitment.

04

Sustain or expand

If sell-through is strong, the firm expands placement. If it stalls, we say so early and recommend the right move.

Have a deal that fits this profile.

Send a one-page brief and we will come back the same day with whether we can run it and how we would structure the engagement.
