Short-Term Lending

Capital, sourced and structured.

We source short-term capital for businesses that need to close in days. We work with a network of lenders and capital providers, and we match the borrower to the right structure for the situation.

Deal types

Four structures, matched to the situation.

Bridge loans. Short-duration capital that closes the gap between a known funding event and the cash you need now. Common uses include supplier prepayments, payroll coverage during a slow receivable cycle, and acquisition closings.

Working capital lines. Revolving facilities for businesses with seasonal or cyclical cash needs. We place lines with banks and non-bank lenders depending on the credit profile and the speed required.

Revenue-based financing. Capital priced against a percentage of monthly revenue. Useful for companies with strong top-line growth but a credit file that does not yet support a conventional bank line.

Asset-backed lending. Term capital secured by inventory, receivables, equipment, or real estate. We work with lenders who can value the collateral and close on a timeline that fits the deal.

Who this is for

Borrowers who need a real answer, fast.

We work with small to mid-sized business owners across manufacturing, distribution, healthcare services, hospitality, and professional services. Deal sizes typically range from two hundred fifty thousand to ten million.

Most of our borrowers come to us after a bank has either declined or stalled. We do not promise capital that will not fund. If the deal does not work, we say so on the first call.

Why us

Speed. Network depth. Deal experience.

Speed. The firm's standard is a term sheet inside seventy-two hours for a workable deal. Closings inside two weeks are routine.

Network depth. We maintain active relationships with banks, private credit funds, asset-backed lenders, and revenue-based capital providers. We know which one to call first based on the credit story.

Deal experience. The firm staffs lending engagements with people who have placed and closed this paper before. We write the brief, package the file, and walk the credit team through diligence.

Engagement

How a deal moves.

01

Brief

A short call and a one-page file. We confirm the deal is workable before either side commits time.

02

Package

We build the lender brief, pull the relevant financials, and target the lenders most likely to fund this profile.

03

Term sheets

Term sheets are typically back within three business days. We negotiate rate, structure, and covenants on your behalf.

04

Close

We manage the diligence process to wire date. Most deals fund inside two weeks.

Send a one-page brief and we will come back the same day with whether we can run it and how we would structure the engagement.
