About the firm
An agency built to close deals.
Succeed and Conquer operates several lines of business under one standard. Most run a transaction to a close. One builds the go-to-market strategy the others execute. The work is different. The discipline is the same.
What we are
The firm is a B2B agency. We act on behalf of business owners, manufacturers, brands, banks, and capital providers. We take the role the deal requires.
Across the transactional lines, we work as broker, agent, and intermediary. On lending, we sit between a borrower and a network of capital providers and find the right match. On medical devices, we carry the bag, run the clinical conversations, and manage procurement. On consumer products, we open accounts, negotiate terms, and protect the brand's economics. On wholesale, we match industrial buyers with the sellers who can supply them and structure the transaction to close. The specifics change by line. The standard does not.
Above those lines sits go-to-market strategy, the advisory layer that plans a launch the firm can then execute. This is the difference. Most agencies pick one lane and stay there, and most can either advise or execute. We move across several lines, and we do both. We build the plan, then we close the deals the plan depends on.
How we work

Brief, build, close.
Engagements start with a brief. The brief is short. It names the goal, the buyer or lender we are after, the timing that matters, and what success looks like. We build the case from there.
01. Brief
We meet, you tell us what you need, and we tell you whether the firm is the right shop. If we are not, we say so.
02. Engagement
A short written engagement defines scope, economics, and timeline. Most engagements run on a success fee or a hybrid retainer plus success. Lending deals run on origination economics paid by the capital provider.
03. Execution
We staff the work and run it ourselves. You hear from the same person every week. We do not hand the account to a junior after onboarding.
04. Close
We work the deal until the wire hits, the device is approved, or the brand is on shelf. Then we hand back a clean file.
Operating principles
We work for the close.
Engagements start with a defined outcome. We do not sell process or hours. If the deal does not close, the engagement has not delivered.
We tell the truth early.
If a deal will not work, we say so within the first conversation. Clients do not hire us to be optimistic. They hire us to know the difference between a real deal and a hopeful one.
Speed is a discipline.
Our clients come to us when calendars matter. We answer the same day. We circulate term sheets and proposals within hours. We treat every deadline as binding.
Discretion is the default.
Every conversation is private. Every brief is held in confidence. We do not publish client names without permission and we do not name names in conversations with other principals.
We carry our own weight.
The firm staffs every engagement with people who have closed the type of deal in front of them. We do not learn on a client's account.
Talk to us about the deal in front of you.
The fastest way to find out whether we can help is to send a brief. One page is enough.
